Position Summary
Industrial gases have been at the heart of Air Liquide's activity since its creation in 1902. Today, our employees and distribution network serve more than 3.8 million customers, from multinational corporations to independent craftsmen, in 73 countries.
Due to a significant growth in our business, our Taiwan office is now looking for a Logistic Supervisor who responsible for the logistic planning, operation and team management for our package gas business.
Job Description
1. Logistic Team Management
- Lead, supervise and support logistics team in daily activities.
- Monitor driving, operation audit, and working hours
- Take ownership or support tasks assigned from local, regional, and global project teams or departments.
- Coach, train, and share experiences to logistic team to build-up efficiency and effectiveness.
- Logistic operation reporting, such as performance of in-house fleet, cost analysis, etc.
2. Subcontractor Management
- Manage subcontractor through routine audit plans, monthly safety meeting and road safety KPI review.
- Lead and support road incident and accident investigation, analyze root cause, conduct reporting and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Attend and participate Subcontractor annual audit jointly with the procurement and HSE related.
- Manage and maintain GTS devices
- Host monthly subcontractor meeting.
- Conduct DVR and BSV to Subcontractors operations.
3. Regulation Management
- ISO, GMP, and IMS(industrial management system) documentation reviewing.
- Perform self, internal, external ISO, IMS, GMP auditing.
