職位目標：
根據公司目標及戰略需求部署新舊產品的推廣計畫。
主要職責：
-與產品PM合作，追蹤產品開發進程，制定和管理產品推廣週期
-策劃行銷活動目標，並擬定分眾行銷方案及傳播策略
-與數位行銷、內容行銷、電商銷售團隊合作，監控專案進展及追蹤成效
-管理產品資訊，支持電商及業務團隊的銷售推廣需求
-研究市場及分析競品回報給產品團隊，幫助鎖定為來產品迭代策略及新的市場切入點
-支援其他專案需求
必要條件：
-至少3年的行銷相關工作經驗
-曾執掌行銷推廣專案，能獨立策劃並跨部門合作完成專案
-溝通和協作能力優異
加分條件：
-有電商銷售企劃經驗
-有市場分析和趨勢識別經驗
-熟悉數位行銷和社交媒體經營策略

Job Title: Senior Product Marketing Specialist
Objectives of this Role:
-Deploy marketing plans for new and existing products based on company goals and strategic needs.
Key Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with Product Managers to track product development progress and manage product marketing cycles.
-Develop marketing campaign goals and create segmented marketing plans and communication strategies.
-Work with digital marketing, content marketing, and e-commerce sales teams to monitor project progress and track effectiveness.
-Manage product information and support the e-commerce and sales teams' promotional needs.
-Research the market and analyze competitors to provide feedback to the product team, aid in future product iteration strategies, and identify new market entry points.
-Support other project needs.
Requirements:
-At least 3 years of experience in marketing-related roles.
-Proven experience in leading marketing projects, with the ability to independently plan and collaborate across departments to complete projects.
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience in e-commerce sales planning.
-Experience in market analysis and trend identification.
-Proficiency in digital marketing and social media strategies.
