工作職責：
- 協助主廚的指揮調派及管理，配合下屬處理廚務工作
- 執行菜單食品製作並指導您的下屬團隊
- 帶領團隊確保為所有客人提供卓越優質的食品
- 準備和生產所有食品並確保食品和擺盤始終符合品質標準
- 管理庫存並防止浪費
- 確保適當儲存食材，尤其是極易腐爛的食材
- 確保負責類別食品均符合衛生管理的規定。
We are inviting passionate, energetic and devoted talents to join our dynamic JUNTO family and and be the Sous Chef to enhance JUNTO’s culinary experiences.
The Job：
- Assist Chef de Cuisine in operations arrangement and management, and coordinate the subordinates in the kitchen operations
- Execute the menu food production and guide the subordinates
- Take the lead on ensuring exceptional quality of food production offering for all guests
- Prepare and produce all food items and ensure that food and plating to meet quality standards consistently
- Manage stocks and preventing wastage
- Ensure proper storage of ingredients, especially highly perishable those
- Ensure all food production complies with hygiene management regulations
