工作職責：
- 執行菜單食品製作
- 確保為所有客人提供卓越優質的食品
- 準備和生產所有食品並確保食品和擺盤始終符合品質標準
- 管理庫存並防止浪費
- 確保適當儲存食材，尤其是極易腐爛的食材
- 確保負責類別食品均符合衛生管理的規定。
We are inviting passionate, energetic and devoted talents to join our dynamic JUNTO family and be the Demi Chef to work on the different busy sections of the JUNTO kitchen.
The Job：
- Execute the menu food production
- Ensure exceptional quality of food production offering for all guests
- Prepare and produce all food items and ensure that food and plating to meet quality standards consistently
- Manage stocks and preventing wastage
- Ensure proper storage of ingredients, especially highly perishable those
- Ensure all food production complies with hygiene management regulations.
