工作範疇:
- 負責酒吧的日常營運，包括但不限於調酒單製作、協助客人選擇酒精和非酒精飲品以及搭配建議。
- 透過持續為餐廳顧客提供並維持卓越的服務來提升顧客的滿意度與忠誠度
- 根據餐廳顧客的回饋監控績效，努力持續改善飲料品質與顧客體驗
- 負責採購並監控飲料成本和庫存水平
- 創建、提供酒精和非酒精飲品餐單的執行計畫與方向
- 對員工進行專業調酒知識培訓
- 隨時確保安全和衛生標準

The Job:
- Be in charge of the daily operations of the bar, including but not limited to menu creation, assisting guests in alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage selections and suggestion of pairings
- Enhance customers’ satisfactions and loyalty by providing and maintaining good quality of service to our guests constantly
- Monitor performance against guests feedback and strive for continuous improvement of beverage quality and customer experience
- Responsible for sourcing and monitor the beverage costs and inventory level
- Create, provide execution plan and direction for the beverage list
- Conduct professional mixology knowledge training to staff
- Ensure safety and hygiene standards at all times
