工作範疇:
- 專業地介紹餐單以及回答顧客有關餐單上的詢問並協助選擇
- 確保餐廳顧客在規定時間內得到專業的服務
- 以專業的方式與餐廳顧客互動、接單以及提供優越餐飲服務
- 檢視訂單並確保準確、及時地為訂單要求做好相應的準備
- 負責食品和飲品的清理、收集和歸還至指定區域
- 確保餐廳標準和作業規程一致執行
- 依要求執行每日開門及關門職責事宜
- 依照直接主管的指示執行臨時任務及協助支援團隊

The Job:
- Present menus and answer any questions about menu items and assist the menu selections
- Ensure guests are serviced within a specified time in professional manners
- Interact with guests, take orders and serve food and beverage in professional manners
- Review order and ensure accurate and timely preparations for order requirements accordingly
- Responsible for clearing, collecting and returning food and beverage items to the assigned area
- Ensures restaurant standards and SOP's are consistently implemented
- Carry out daily opening and closing duties as required
- Conduct ad-hoc assignments and support the team as instructed by your direct supervisor
