Programme Highlight:

Throughout the 2 year career development programme, F&B Management Trainees will have the opportunity to work in various operational departments while participating in a series of on-the-job training. The trainees will meet our people and professionals from different fields and learn all aspects of operations.

At the end of the programme, F&B Management Trainees will deepen their understanding of our business and excel in the role as one of our next generation leaders.

Upon successful completion of the Management Trainee Programme, you will be appointed as Supervisor or equivalent position in one of the Operational Departments and will manage a team to achieve the Company goals and objectives for the business success.
