Primary responsibilities：
◆The accuracy and timely of the financial reporting and analysis in accordance with country requirements, and corporate policies.
◆Budget planning and Collaborate with Business Unit to ensure reasonableness of financials including actual results and planning assumption.
◆Project Supports including but not limited to: Finance transformation initiatives, strategy, merge and acquisition, new business model execution, capex investments review, legal structure change
◆Point of Contact for external and internal auditors
◆Ensure internal controls and compliance are in place, and work on process enhancement or finance system implementation
◆As tax advisor and handle tax exemption application for group service charge
Qualifications：
◆University or Graduate graduated in Finance/Accounting, with at least 6 years working experience, including Auditing and Accounting (FP&A, and management experience is a plus)
◆CPA License is a must
◆Experience in audit, CPA firm (Big 4 is a plus)
◆Good English writing and verbal capability.
◆Able to coordinate and motivate self and a team towards goals and demonstrate an ability to transform and upgrade team
◆Experience in International Company with multi-cultural environments is a plus.
