2. 當區行銷活動規劃和執行
3. 開發潛在客戶及拓展市場
4. 提供產品教學及牙科診所醫院服務
Job Responsibilities:
- Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual Sales Targets, operational plan and profitability plan for Taiwan.
- Manage accounts in assigned territory, with specific action plans depending on customer type
- Market Modern product as a clear differentiator from the competition
- Maintain a personal level of product knowledge and competence in Dental and/or Orthodontic medical equipment.
- Adherence to agreed KPIs.
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve company goals.
- Comply with all policies, practices, and procedures.
- Work closely with team to drive the best performance.
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and business development, dental field is plus.
- BS or BA preferred and/or equivalent experience.
- Effective problem-solving and mediation skills.
- Can work independently with a high level of time management skills
- Team-focused and result-orientated.
- High level of professional selling skills
- Personal and team development
