We are looking for an experienced expert who can analyze many complex issues on a deeper level. The expert will collaborate with worldwide FAE teams and cross-functional R&D experts to decide on best course of action for identifying underlying causes of failures and drive problems. This expert will work on a wide variety of mobile phone projects/modules/technologies, executing a wide range of analyses. One day could be a Display Module, the next an PSA, the next a shorted MLB. The experts will be required to learn and increase their skills over time to cover a wide range of materials and techniques. This growth will be done through learning from internal R&D experts and extensive 3rd party training.

In this role,

1. You will be responsible for helping drive the team toward solutions, clear roadblocks out of the way, and ensure clear communication between all parties.

2. You will be responsible for running Lab equipment and collecting data. You’ll meet with cross-functional partners, collect and distill information, advise on the best path forward, and communicate back to the technical lab staff.

Work expereince

Development and failure analysis experience in OLED display or Ahdesive proudcts.
