General Purpose:
Corsair is a leader in Gaming and Streaming equipment.
A UI/UX Designer is a professional who identifies new opportunities to create better user experiences. They ensure that the end-to-end journey with products or services meets desired outcomes.
The UI design will cover both hardware display as well as software interface for gaming peripherals.
Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:
Here are some key responsibilities for this role:
1. Gathering and evaluating user requirements in collaboration with product managers and FW/SW team.
2. Illustrating design ideas using storyboard and/or wireframe tools.
3. Designing graphic user interface elements, such as menus, icons, animations, and widgets.
4. Developing UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look.
5. Creating original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables).
6. Presenting draft proposals to internal teams, management and key stakeholders.
7. Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems.
8. Conducting layout adjustments based on user feedback.
9. Adhering to corporate design language guidelines on fonts, colors, and images.
Prerequisite:
Portfolio of design projects at submission.
