Mô tả công việc
A. Technical Support:
1. Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers, addressing any issues related to the installation, operation, and maintenance of our biotech devices.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, ensuring minimal downtime for customers.
3. Perform basic on-site fixes and maintenance tasks as needed.
B. Customer Training:
1.Conduct comprehensive training sessions for customers on the use and applications of CYTENA BPS instruments.
2. Develop training materials and documentation to enhance customer understanding and usage of our products.
C. Product Feedback:
1. Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for product improvement and development.
2. Work with the R&D team to communicate customer needs and contribute to the enhancement of existing products and the development of new ones.
A.技術支援：
1. 提供現場及遠端技術支援，解決客戶在我們生技設備的安裝、操作及維護中遇到的問題。
2. 進行故障排除並解決技術問題，確保客戶的設備停機時間降至最低。
3.執行基本的現場修復和維護工作，視需要而定。
B. 客戶培訓：
1. 為客戶提供全面的培訓課程，涵蓋CYTENA BPS儀器的使用及應用。
2. 開發培訓材料和文件，以增強客戶對我們產品的理解和使用效果。
C. 產品回饋收集：
1.收集並分析客戶回饋，以識別產品改進和開發的領域。
2.與研發團隊合作，傳達客戶需求，促進現有產品的改進及新產品的開發。

生德奈下一階段將結合目前現有的微流體技術、自動化功能及資料大數據分析,以提供生物製藥藥廠及學研機構一個高通量監測的細胞培養平臺。
其中除整合目前微量生物反應器即時監測參數(PH/DO) 之技術外,也以自動化手臂取代人工替換培養液之功能。藉由與客戶合作取得巨量之資料後,將應用目前大數據歸納之技術提供細胞培養環境早期的預測及分析。
