● Define the product strategy, manage the roadmap to achieve business objectives.
● Control and manage product development process for time to market.
● Deliver products with prioritized features and corresponding justification.
● Work with external third parties or vendors to assess partnerships and business opportunities.
● Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples.
● Be an expert with respect to the competition.
● Act as a leader within the company.
● Product promotion, create communication kit for sales and marketing.
