Mô tả công việc
1. To deal with Carriers for space/rate/vessel schedule and all related matter 與船公司連絡處理訂艙、安排船期等相關事宜
2. To arrange shipment nominated by oversea offices處理國外訂艙及相關事宜,追蹤與回報相關事宜給海外分公司
3. To maintain good relationship with customers and carriers與客戶和船公司建立良好互動關係
4. To prepare weekly and monthly report. 定期彙整報表
5. Marketing information collecting. 蒐集運輸業界市場相關資訊
6. Daily communication with overseas office to arrange export or import shipment. 與海外辦公室進行每日溝通
7. Ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor其他主管交辦事項
