Role Overview:
As a Staffing Specialist, you will support the Global Staffing Manager in executing recruitment strategies and ensuring a seamless hiring process. Beyond recruitment, you will play a key role in enhancing our employer brand, optimizing workforce planning, and improving the overall employee experience. We seek a detail-oriented professional who excels in candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding, and who is also passionate about contributing to broader HR initiatives.
Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Recruitment:
a. Assist in developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
b. Manage the initial stages of the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing,
screening, and scheduling interviews.
c. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job
requirements.
d. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies throughout the
recruitment process.
e. Prepare and maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
2. Employer Branding:
a. Support initiatives to enhance Giant Group’s employer brand.
b. Help position us as an employer of choice in the competitive market.
3. Workforce and Organization Planning:
a. Collaborate with the Global Staffing Manager to forecast staffing needs.
b. Assist in organizational planning and talent optimization efforts.
