Job Description
1、協助撰寫各式書狀類(一般民刑事書狀、行政書狀、意見書、律師函等)及法律意見。
2、協助提供法律專業知識，協助及解決客戶的法律問題。
3、協助進行個案的訴訟及擔任法庭辯護、開庭、談判等，或其他行政程序問題。
4、協助其他一般民、刑事訴訟、行政訴訟及強制執行之處理及主管交辦事項。
