Role: Product Management 產品管理師
Responsibilities
1.Manage product life cycle’ profit & loss’ and NPI strategy.
產品生命週期管理、損益狀況及新品開發策略
2.According to market demand to define the features and benefits. Raise demand to HQ to develop products with unique selling points.
根據市場需求定義產品規格，並與總部合作開發。
3.Control launch schedule of each product to fulfill seasonality.
確保產品導入進程，能符合季節性需求。
4.Co-work with sales team to confirm SKU plan of each channel.
與業務部跨部門合作，定調通路計畫及產品需求。
5.Co-work with SVC team for quality issue.
與服務部門跨部門合作，追蹤產品品質。
6.Conduct product brief to retail team and marketing team to require marketing campaign of ATL/BTL.
與通路部門及行銷部門協同合作，制定線上/線下行銷計劃。
7.Monitor sell-out trend and GFK data to ensure target achievement and acquire market share.
監控銷售狀況及市佔資料，以確保業績達成，並維持市佔率。

Arçelik Hitachi Home Appliances B.V. was established on July 1st, 2021 as a joint venture between Arçelik A.Ş. and Hitachi Global Life Solutions, Inc. to manufacture, sell, and provide after-sales services of Hitachi branded home appliances including refrigerators, washing machines, vacuum cleaners globally (outside of the Japanese market). We consider it our new milestone in home appliances market.
With the formation of the joint venture, Hitachi Sales Corporation of Taiwan became one of the subsidiaries in our new joint venture and officially changed our company name to Arçelik Hitachi Taiwan Home Appliances Sales Ltd.
