【上班時間】
週一~週日排休制
9:00~18:00
【工作地點】通勤族有福,敲方便!
台北市中正區八德路一段55號3樓(近忠孝新生捷運站,走路三分鐘)
【工作內容】
-退貨退款爭議案件之資料審核、協調與判定
-透過即時文字/Email對談,協助消費者退貨退款相關流程與疑問
-買/賣家等對外聯繫與支援行政事項(表單製作/維護等)
