綜信水產有限公司誠徵一位積極主動的總務人員，負責總務相關工作執行。
工作內容：
1.處理辦公用品的採購、庫存管理及發放。
2.管理和維護公司固定資產，如辦公家具、設備等。
3.管理設備的維修與保養，確保各項設備正常運行。
4.定期進行設備檢查，並安排必要的更新或維修。
5.負責公司內部文件、郵件及快遞的接收和分發。
6.安排來訪客戶的接待工作，負責會議室的安排及設置。
7.管理和維護員工的出勤系統，處理相關事務。
8.負責公司活動的後勤支持，如尾牙、聚餐等。
