職務說明
Training & Development
• Execution of the learning and development strategy aligns with the factory talent development roadmap, business imperatives, and compliance requirements.
• Assist in organizing the L&D resources from Global and Local to curate comprehensive annual training plans and establish a meaningful mechanism to close the competency gap, nurture personal growth, and enhance the organization's capabilities.
• Instill the concept of People-Centricity to deliver training programs effectively and creatively to enhance employee experience and engagement.
• Work with the Glocal Business Service team to roll out different forms of training sessions and supervise the administration of the programs by leveraging the SF (Success Factor) Learning solution functionalities.
• Facilitate the delivery of technical training plans that are met /on track.
• Establish and implement a structured technical training program to enhance technical capabilities and improve operational efficiency.
Talent Management
• Assist the People & Culture Manager in collating the insights from the employee engagement survey(EES) and providing regular/ad-hoc people analytics to facilitate talent calibrations, succession planning, and talent strategy optimization.-
• Support the deployment and communications of global and local Talent Management projects to champion the people and culture changes and build a high-performing organization.
Business Support
• Developed required L&D policies and procedures, put into implementation, timely review and update.
• Participate in ASP process, L&D budget planning, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Support company activities incl EHS on safety measure, IMS Integrated Management Systems(ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45000, ISO50001) and 5S3R compliance
