-負責職缺招募、面試、並錄用及入職安排
-進行面試和電話篩選,評估技術與技能
-維護及建立候選人資料庫
-支持員工有自己的想法跟執行力,鼓勵勇於創新
條件&需求:
-有3年以上人資/招募經驗
-具備良好面談能力
-基礎(以上)英文溝通能力
-高彈性度、保持活力與年輕的心
