We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning and Development Assistant Manager to join our team in Taiwan. The ideal candidate will be passionate about employee growth, talent development, and building a culture of continuous learning.

In this role, you will collaborate with leaders and HR teams to design and deliver impactful training programs that enhance employee skills, performance, and engagement across all levels of the organization.

You will also take the lead in launching and managing key initiatives, including the introduction of our corporate eLearning platform, PPGthink, establishing an on-the-job departmental training network to enhance frontline services, and championing our corporate Management Trainee Program to develop future leaders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and advanced education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in Learning and Development or HR, preferably in the hospitality, airline or travel industry.

• Proven ability to design and deliver both in-person and digital learning programs, with experience in managing eLearning platforms.

• Experience in developing and supporting on-the-job training networks, particularly for frontline employees.

• Excellent communication in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
