Job Description

As the Catering and Hospitality Manager, you will lead the club's prestigious catering and banquet operations in our newly renovated function suites, featuring state-of-the-art amenities including a 200-inch LED screen.
You will be at the forefront of delivering unparalleled service to our esteemed members and clients, including high-profile diplomatic organizations and international chambers of commerce.
This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless event execution, driving strategic growth, and creating exceptional experiences that align with the club's elite standards and global reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
Member & Client Engagement:
• Manage all aspects of catering, from initial inquiries to contract finalization, ensuring personalized service that guarantees member and client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with members and clients, understanding and anticipating their unique needs and preferences to create lasting memories.
• Create a member and client-centric environment where satisfaction and loyalty are achieved through exceptional service and attention to detail.
Event Execution:
• Collaborate with culinary, operations, and service teams to deliver flawless events that align with the club’s high standards.
• Oversee all event logistics, including setup, staffing, vendor coordination, and day-of execution, ensuring each event exceeds member and client expectations.
• Lead and motivate teams, fostering collaboration across departments to ensure smooth and successful event delivery.
Revenue Growth:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue from catering and banquets, utilizing upselling techniques and innovative approaches.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, implementing strategies to attract and retain repeat business while staying true to the club’s values.
• Focus on driving revenue through strategic planning, balancing the club’s values with financial objectives for sustainable growth.
Performance & Compliance:
• Conduct regular reviews of event performance, gathering feedback to continuously improve service quality and operational efficiency.
• Ensure all events comply with club policies, industry standards, and local regulations, maintaining accurate records of event details, budgets, and post-event evaluations.
• Efficiently manage event budgets, ensuring cost control while maintaining high service standards.
Communication:
• Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English, engaging confidently with a diverse and international clientele.
• Maintain clear, effective communication with members, clients, and team members, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned.
Problem Solving & Time Management:
• Proactively address challenges, finding effective solutions to potential issues while managing multiple events simultaneously.
• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines without compromising quality, ensuring a high level of organization and timely communication.
Stakeholder Engagement:
• Build and nurture strong relationships with members, clients, vendors, and stakeholders, acting as an ambassador for the club and embodying its brand and values in all interactions.
• Provide ongoing coaching and development to team members, helping them reach their potential and contribute to the overall success of the club.

1968年,美僑俱樂部成立,成立初期由135個家庭組開啟了俱樂部的序幕。 1971年,第一個會址在中山北路三段,大約是現在台北市立美術館的位置。 1980年,遷移到現在的會址。 2007年,俱樂部進行大規模的翻修;包括嶄新的大堂,義大利餐廳,酒吧,牛 排館和ACC精品超市,並舉行盛大開幕酒會。 2008年,宴會廳重新裝修,成為一個無柱式,可容納200人左右的大型宴會廳。 2011年,Terrace餐廳、髮廊,健身房及圖書館重新裝潢,而完成現有的風貌。 2013年,日本餐廳-漁村(Gyoson)的開幕,更完備餐飲的多元性。 俱樂部提供三個不同料理的餐廳、2座標準網球場、一個廻力球場和兩個壁球場及設備新穎的健身房,並擁有一座25公尺長的室外溫水游泳池和一個孩童戲水池。髮廊及美容院提供會員一個舒適的環境及美髮服務。會員也可以在圖書館遍覽英文書籍和電影DVD,來獲取心靈上的滿足。
