Job Description
1. Design and implement a comprehensive growth strategy for Thailand
2. Develop, nurture and curate a go-to-market strategy across industry segments for Thailand
3. Maintain qualified pipeline of opportunities to hit targeted growth
4. Establish long-term executive partnerships with key customers and prospects in Thailand
5. Lead, support, challenge and monitor the performance of the sales team
6. Track, measure, and report progress and performance to the management
7. Accountable for the delivery of strong and consistent leadership, common direction, strategy and team objectives to enable effective team sales delivery
