Finance & Accounting Manager(財會經理)/ Ass. F&A Manager (財會副理)
• Perform the monthly closing procedures, including VAT filings
• Planning, implementing and supervising the company’s financial strategy
• Managing the company’s financial accounts, budget, cash receipts and financial assets
• Handling the company’s transactions and debts and doing cash flow forecasting
• Assist to prepare the company’s PBC list for financial/Taxation audits
• Following proper accounting procedures to reach financial objectives
• Monitoring and analyzing financial/ accounting data
• Creating financial reports based on data analysis
Qualifications for Accounting Manager
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA or MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with a portion of it being in a supervisory role
• Thorough knowledge of U.S. GAAP & IFRS
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all levels of an organization
• Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results
• Knowledge of employee relationship building and performance management techniques
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with CargoWise or other ERP systems.
