- Greet visitors, answer phone calls provide information and assistance to guests. 總機與外賓接待。
- Arrange oversea business travel, foreign visitors’ accommodation, and transportation. 海外出差與外賓交通住宿安排。
- Responsible for incoming and outgoing mails, sorting and distributing to recipients. 信件處理與分發。
- Maintain and organize pantry area; restock supplies ;replenish first aid supplies to ensure sufficient inventory level. 茶水間與備品管理。
- Manage the procurement, storage and distribution of office supplies and stationery to ensure adequate stock level. 廠區/辦公室用品管理。
- Manage and arrange traditional worship activities. 傳統拜拜活動處理。
- Maintain and track furniture and office equipment including coordinating repairs, replacements as needed to support a functional work environment. 辦公室用品與傢俱簡易故障排與報修。
- Submit expense claim, other information and report required. 每月費用申請報銷。
- Assist other tasks as assigned, including but not limited parking space, health check, etc. 其他指定任務如停車場管理與年度健檢等。
