Mô tả công việc
1.Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System(QMS) in compliance with AS9100 and ISO9001 Standards.
2.Oversee the quality control processes for semiconductor -related equipment products to ensure they meet the standards.
3.Lead continuous improvement initiatives to ensure products quality and operational efficiency.
4.Conduct and manage FEMA.
5.Internal and external QMS audit management.
6.Collaborate with engineering adn production teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
7.People management and training for quality engineers and inspectors.
8.Quality report preparing and presenting to senior management.
9.Additional responsibilities as assigned.
