 Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for executing business development strategies to support the company's growth objectives. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with potential partners, executing deals, and aligning efforts with the company’s overall business strategies.
 Key Responsibilities:
. Identify and Develop Opportunities:
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, establish connections with potential partners, and promote the company’s services to meet potential partners’ needs and market needs.
. Lead Proposal Development:
Take charge of developing high-quality business proposals, ensuring they are delivered to the potential partners in a timely manner.
. Contract Management:
Manage and oversee contract processing, including reviewing, negotiating, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
. Cross-Functional Coordination:
Serve as the main liaison with internal stakeholders and colleagues to ensure seamless project execution.
. Special Projects:
Undertake additional projects or duties as required to support business objectives.
 Qualifications:
. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong capabilities in communication, teamwork, coordination, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage partners/ potential partners and collaborate with diverse teams and departments.
. Business Acumen and Problem-Solving: Excellent business sense, creative thinking, and proactive problem-solving skills. Ability to manage time efficiently and adapt quickly to changing situations.
. Detail-Oriented: Superior attention to detail, with excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese.
. Industry Experience: Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare industries is preferred.
. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
