As the Ubiik Product/Project Manager Lead, you will oversee and guide the Product Management (PM) team in developing and delivering cutting-edge products, including LPWAN (Low Power Wide Area Network) and 4G LTE technologies. Your leadership will be crucial in managing the New Product Introduction (NPI) process, driving the development lifecycle from concept to market launch.

- Take full ownership of wireless communication product development and projects.

- Manage the execution of projects to ensure they adhere to the defined scope, schedule, and budget.

- Track and monitor project milestones and deliverables, ensuring timely progress and reporting.

- Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment with business goals and market demands

- Organize and facilitate project meetings, maintaining clear documentation and action plans.

- Provide regular status updates on product/project progress to all stakeholders.

- Collect and analyze market data to support strategic decision-making and product enhancements.
