本公司前緣為毛寶有機化學工業有限公司，創立於民國67年12月6日，資本額為新台幣200萬，民國71年由前任董事長吳賢泰接任董事，自行開發清潔劑產品，並於民國76年4月2日核准變更為毛寶股份有限公司，同年新建新竹湖口廠，次年完工。 為使公司走向永續經營，民國88年11月22日正式掛牌成為上櫃公司，又於民國90年9月17日由證交所同意掛牌上市。 毛寶公司隨著產能的不斷擴增，於民國88年4月擴建湖口廠二、三樓並增設自動化設備，於次年10月擴建完成。目前工廠土地面積為9818平方公尺，廠房面積11,362平方公尺。毛寶公司實收資本額為新台幣424,439,570元，公司總管理處位於新北市三重區，另設台北、台中及高雄三家分公司。 Company Overview Mao Bao Inc. is a public listed company based in Taipei, Taiwan.
