【Job Description】
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is essential to expanding our market presence across our core divisions and driving new revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business prospects, cultivating partnerships, and delivering strategic initiatives that drive growth across our innovative conversational AI solutions.
【Key Responsibilities】
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and nurture relationships with potential clients to generate new revenue
streams.
• Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to understand the unique value
propositions and craft tailored sales pitches.
• Leverage data and market research to develop strategic plans aimed at finding new
clients and expanding existing client relationships.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring terms align with both company goals
and client expectations.
• Track and report on key metrics, such as pipeline activity, client engagements, and
revenue growth, to ensure the achievement of business development goals.
【Requirements】
• Native English.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1 - 2 years experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships,
ideally within tech or AI industries.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a strong
ability to influence decision-makers.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth, develop long-term relationships, and
close high-value deals.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new
opportunities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment and manage multiple
priorities effectively.
