Job Description
-2D and 3D mechanical drawings.
-Oversee the outsourcing, mold creation, and mold testing processes.
-Troubleshoot mechanical issues during mass production.
-Collaborate with tooling providers to ensure parts meet client standards for tolerances, surface finish, color, gloss, and texture.
-Mentor and train junior colleagues to strengthen the team.
-Coordinate product production, testing, analysis, and continuous improvement efforts.
-Lead trial production evaluations and implement design changes.
-Manage product development design and address any issues that arise during large-scale production.
-Evaluate mold opening feasibility and review DFM reports.
-Maintain quality system documentation and project-related records.
-Create and manage technical documents for product engineering.
-Help define quality standards for the mechanical parts we design and manufacture.
