Drive consumer acquisition and market share in assigned territory. • Follow company strategy to achieve the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) of assigned brands and channels. • Identify and engage with KOLs and medical institutions to drive active recommendations among HCPs. • Deliver scientific information of Mead Johnson Nutrition to HCPs including physicians, dietitians, and nurses, with well implementation of business building process. • Gather and share market intelligence through HCP visits and bring business insight. • Follow up (sample) orders and ensure smooth delivery to clinics or Hospital Authority. • Support baby expo, mother's classes, medical conference, or other related activities. • Handle ad hoc tasks and assignments as required by supervisor. • 建立並維護與醫療專業人士（HCPs）的緊密業務夥伴關係。在區域內影響新使用者進而獲得市場份額。 • 執行公司策略，達成指定品牌和通路績效指標。 • 辨識並與KOLs和醫療機構合作，以促使醫療專業人士提供積極的推薦。 • 向醫生、營養師和護士等醫療專業人士傳遞美強生營養品的科學信息，並從事良好的業務關係建立。 • 透過與醫療專業人士的訪問，收集並分享市場情報，帶來商業洞察。 • 跟進（樣品）訂單，確保順利交付給診所或醫院。 • 支援婦幼展、媽媽教室、醫學會或其他相關活動。 • 處理其他主管分配的任務。
