Job Description
奧創物聯為外商架構，需要願意持續往國際化成長的會計加入我們。您將碰到公司上市的所有準備流程與文件建置。可能會有點辛苦，但會收穫許多。您將負責處理和維護公司的財務記錄和帳目，確保財務文件與資訊的準確性和合規性。
工作職責：
• 處理日常的財務活動，包括記錄和監控交易、發票和收據的收入和支出。
• 監督和管理應收款項和應付款項，並協調與供應商和客戶的支付事項。
• 負責製作準確和可靠的財務報表，包括月度、季度和年度報告。
• 分析財務數據，提供相關報告給管理團隊。
• 協助建立和維護有效的內部控制制度，確保財務交易的合規性和安全性。
• 與內部團隊和外部審計師合作，進行財務審計和報告。
• 處理稅務事務，包括準備和提交納稅申報表和支付稅款。
• 協助解答內部和外部利益相關者對財務和會計問題的查詢和疑慮。
註：每月月初可能需配合結帳加班，依工作經歷與專業能力核薪。
