Job Description
Your Profile:
1. Master’s degree in Law, Economics, or Engineering.
2. 3 years of experience in contract management, with knowledge of NEC, FIDIC, BIMCO, and LOGIC model contracts.
3. Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
4. Strong analytical and written communication skills.
5. Hands-on and business-minded approach.
6. Team player who can work independently and manage workload and priorities.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Open-minded, flexible, and able to handle stress.
Job Description (includes, but not limited to the following):
1. Manage all contractual matters throughout the project lifecycle.
2. Monitor and enforce contractual rights and obligations.
3. Ensure timely and proper notification of contractual entitlements.
4. Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
5. Support the Project Manager by:
- Developing and implementing a contract management plan
- Ensuring contract compliance
- Managing subcontractors
- Handling site-related communication
- Assisting with invoicing
- Managing variations and claims
- Overseeing stakeholder and document management
