| What will you do |
▸ 負責每月各類獎金彙整、薪酬結算作業與稅務申報事宜，並製作薪酬分析報表
▸ 執行員工到/離職時的各項保險加退作業(勞保、健保、退保，及公司額外投保)
▸ 建立與優化公司薪酬、激勵與福利等策略方案
▸ 規劃與管理員工績效考核、薪資及職務調整之內容
▸ 與其他部門協作，規劃與執行各項人力資源專案，如人資系統之導入
▸ 其它與薪酬相關之資料及文書管理
| Minimum qualifications |
▸ 2年以上薪酬執行與規劃經驗
▸ 熟係勞動法規、財務常識（稅務、帳目分類等）
▸ 良好的薪酬執行能力及報表分析能力
| Preferred qualifications |
▸ 曾參與策略層面的薪酬/激勵/福利設計經驗
▸ 待過傳統產業，熟悉廠端薪資管理
▸ 熱愛新創公司模式，喜歡接受挑戰
