薪酬服務團隊是 2020 年起 MAYO 新成立的團隊。MAYO 致力於人資的數位轉型，透過 Apollo 雲端人資系統，改善企業人資行政流程，而薪酬服務團隊，更是補 足人資行政流程的最後一哩路，藉由「系統支援」與「薪資委外」，釋放企業人資寶貴時間，從事更具策略價值的人力資本專業服務。 期待具薪酬專業背景的有志之士的加入，可以讓 MAYO 薪酬服務團隊更具專業性、更理解客戶需求、更成功地扮演支持客戶成功的隱形行政專家。
【我們需要你】
1. 協助建立人事資料、加退保作業
2. 客戶日常人事組織異動資料維護
3. 每月/每年薪資、獎金、計稅相關作業
4. 執行主管交辦事項
