Why We Have This Role
With the rapid expansion of Clinico Group, we need a dedicated leader to spearhead our e-commerce initiatives. This role is created to enhance our presence in the online marketplace, optimize our business strategies, and maximize sales performance through effective team management and strategic planning.
How You'll Find Success
Success in this role requires strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of various e-commerce platforms, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic competitive environment. You will need to develop and implement strategies, build customer loyalty, analyze campaign performance, and ensure maximum sales efficiency. Training and mentoring your team members will also be a crucial aspect of your success.
How You'll Grow
In this role, you will gain extensive experience in leading e-commerce operations and team management. You will have opportunities to expand your strategic planning and analytical skills while working closely with different stakeholders to drive business growth. Additionally, you will stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the e-commerce industry.
Things You Will Do
 Monitor and analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and sales data, and provide improvement suggestions based on the analysis results.
 Manage and optimize the daily operations of e-commerce platforms (such as websites and mobile applications) to ensure their efficient operation and user experience.
 Lead the Team: Drive sales through various online channels, including e-commerce, group buying, KOL marketing, and live streaming, to achieve annual sales goals.
 Competitive Strategy: Monitor the competitive landscape and develop strategies and tactics accordingly.
 Customer Engagement: Build and maintain customer loyalty and product engagement.
 Performance Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance to maximize sales.
 Team Training and Mentoring: Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
