Business Unit: SENKOM
Job Summary:
We are seeking an Analyst who is passionate about "Digital Transformation" or "MarTech". If you are enthusiastic about these areas and possess the ability to deeply understand business processes, analyze large volumes of data, and propose solutions, we look forward to your application!
Responsibilities:
Analyze complex data to generate clear information.
Assess and evaluate existing solution.
Define client's requirements.
Record project development history and major events.
Engage with client to monitor additional requirements and functionalities.
Cooperate with the IT team and developers to develop new solution.
Provide client training for new solution and offer ongoing support.
Ensure adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends..
Create a proposal and deliver a presentation to client.
Assist supervisor or consultant to manage and develop relationship with stakeholder.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in digital analysis or related field.
Be adept at data analysis tools like Excel, GA4, GTM, Power BI, or others.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
A background in basic programming languages such as Structured Query Language (SQL), HTML or Python is a valuable addition.
