Job Description
1. Manage manufacturing system integration solutions.
2. Manage global manufacturing automation projects, including roadmap planning, resource and budget control, and solution implementation.
3. New manufacturing site enablement project management.
4. Maintain operation model based on new onboarded customer’s requirement or continuous improvement plan.
5. Improve operation process via developing effective solutions and policies and drive with internal stakeholders; meanwhile, standardize global operation processes across oversea sites.
6. Identify issues or pain points from internal stakeholders and manage to mitigate and fix.
