【身為Team Lead你將負責】
• 負責每日的工作運作、組員的工作安排，季度及年度的KPI設定和績效考核。
• 積極協調團隊內部、公司其他職能部門和三方供應商的問題解決。
• 協助前端銷售和後端支援部門間的溝通，確保溝通順暢並完善運營流程。
• 熟悉業務操作流程、支援並培訓指導團隊同仁共同完成工作任務。
• 每月與部門主管匯報團隊表現、工作進度，並反應團隊所遇的問題和解決方案。
• 以優良的寫作技巧撰寫、編輯、審查和優化團隊作業流程。
• 根據客戶需求及掌握營運狀況，進行業務處理的優先順序。

【必要條件】
• 具備3年以上管理經驗，擁有金融、金融科技相關產業經驗者，優先邀約面談。
• 精通英文口說和寫作能力。
• 國定假日需配合輪值(依法給付加班費)。
