職務描述
1. Ensure effective and even distribution of service call tickets assignments.
2. Generate daily call reports and monitor open call status, emergency incident ticket turnaround time.
3. Monitor EGAP and local applications, raise tickets for timely resolutions for the service outages.
4. Resolve the desktop issues and inquiries over the phone, or through remote connections.
5. Support any planned infrastructure or application activity according to SOP
