Job Description
Key Responsibilities-
1. Industrial Wi-Fi Solution Development:
• Design and implement industrial wireless solutions, emphasizing Wi-Fi SON principles.
• Develop a SON Server for Wi-Fi-enabled devices with a strong emphasis on Self-Organizing Networks.
2. Wi-Fi AP Integration:
• Collaborate with hardware/firmware engineers to seamlessly integrate Wi-Fi SON capabilities into industrial-grade access points, providing a comprehensive Wi-Fi SON Solution.
• Ensure efficient and adaptive network organization.
3. Client Device Enhancement:
• Enhance Wi-Fi SON capabilities on industrial client devices, optimizing connectivity and adaptability.
• Implement features to improve client network interaction.
4. SON Performance Optimization:
• Conduct testing and analysis to optimize Self-Organizing Network performance in industrial settings.
• Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues, enhancing system stability.
5. Security Implementation:
• Implement robust security protocols within the framework of Self-Organizing Networks.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
6. Collaboration:
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, providing technical leadership in Wi-Fi SON aspects.
• Work closely with software developers, hardware engineers, and project managers.
Basic Qualifications-
• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Wi-Fi solution development with a deep understanding of SON principles.
• Proficiency in developing SON Servers for Wi-Fi-enabled devices.
• Familiarity with industrial-grade access points and their integration with Wi-Fi SON capabilities.
• Practical experience in optimizing Wi-Fi SON performance and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
• Experience in implementing robust security protocols within the Self-Organizing Networks framework.
• Demonstrate strong team collaboration and communication skills, capable of effectively coordinating and solving problems.
