Job Description
As a Homologation Manager/Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our vehicles comply with all relevant regulations and standards in Taiwan. You will play a crucial role in the certification process, working closely with the principals to obtain necessary approvals and documentations for vehicle certification.
【Job Description】
▸ Manage the homologation process for small vehicles in Taiwan
▸ Interpret and apply Taiwan automotive regulations and standards
▸ Coordinate with the principals to ensure vehicle designs meet regulatory requirements
▸ Prepare and submit homologation documentation to relevant authorities
▸ Liaise with government agencies and testing facilities for vehicle certification
▸ Monitor changes in regulations and assess their impact on current and future vehicle models
▸ Provide technical support and advice to other departments on compliance matters
▸ Manage homologation-related projects and timelines
▸ Participate in industry working groups and forums related to vehicle regulations
Requirement
▸ Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
▸ Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in automotive homologation or a similar role
▸ In-depth knowledge of automotive regulations and standards, especially Taiwan, EU, and US.
▸ Familiarity with vehicle type approval processes in Taiwan
▸ Strong understanding of vehicle systems and technologies
▸ Excellent project management and organizational skills
▸ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
▸ Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
