【工作內容 Job Description】
作為我們的數位獲客經理，你將與團隊共同制定並執行創新的廣告投放策略，包括素材上稿及設定。你的主要職責包括：
．評估廣告效能，並根據數據調整預算和投放策略，持續優化廣告效果，以實現用戶增長和業績目標。
．分析廣告素材表現，提出建議並指導素材製作方向。
．與相關夥伴合作，深入討論市場需求與供應情況，以提升整體效益。
．從獲客最大化的角度出發，探索並開發新的廣告投放方式及媒體，實現公司在不同成長階段的需求。
．此外，你將協助集團旗下的Eatigo事業體擴展全球市場，涵蓋海內外合作單位（包括新加坡、馬來西亞、香港、泰國、菲律賓等國家）。
As our Digital Acquisition Manager, you will collaborate with the team to develop and execute innovative advertising strategies, including campaign setup and deployment. Your responsibilities will include:
．Evaluate advertising performance, adjust budgets and strategies based on data, continuously optimize ad effectiveness to drive user growth and performance goals.
．Analyze performance of advertising creatives, provide insights, and guide creative direction based on audience analysis.
．Engage with relevant partners to discuss market demands and supply conditions, enhancing overall effectiveness.
．Innovate and explore new advertising methods and media channels from a customer acquisition perspective to support the company's growth across different stages.
．Assist in expanding global markets for the Eatigo business unit within various international markets (including Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Thailand, Philippines, etc.).
【必要條件 Requirements】
．具備Meta/Google Ads操作經驗超過1年。
．擁有APP及成效型廣告的實踐經驗。
．出色的廣告文案撰寫能力。
．良好的英文溝通能力，能與海外市場夥伴有效協作。
．具備實驗精神，敢於提出假設，善於分析和歸納整理數據。
．具備廣告數據解讀和表達能力，能與團隊協作，進行效果優化。
．Minimum 1 year of experience with Meta/Google Ads operations.
．Practical experience in managing app and performance-based advertising.
．Strong skills in writing effective ad copies.
．Proficient in English communication to collaborate effectively with overseas market partners.
．Strong experimental mindset, capable of proposing hypotheses, and adept at analyzing and synthesizing data.
．Ability to interpret and articulate advertising data, collaborate with the team, and optimize performance.
【加分條件 Plus】
．擁有電商或旅遊相關產業的操作經驗尤佳。
．Experience in e-commerce or travel-related industries is a plus.
