1. Advise about our college counseling program
2. Provide customer service support
3. Build strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction through excellent service.
We provide a yearly salary increase to our advisors.
We aim for our advisors to present a professional and trustworthy image to our clients, rather than a typical sales approach.
Instead of putting excessive pressure on performance, we prefer to offer a higher base salary.
