Job Description
As an Officer, you will be assigned roles across different business functions to gain maximum exposure to the other businesses within the Group. You will also gain overseas working experience through a 9-month overseas attachment in Singapore.
The programme flow is as follows:
- 9-month training with YCH in Singapore
- Deployment to YCH Taiwan, Singapore or other countries under an 18-month training bond.
This is a Talent Development Programme for high-potential overseas talents, providing training and exposure under various developmental pathways in Singapore.
The 9-month Programme aims to equip trainees with professional technical capabilities, business skills, and cultural agility through exclusive experiential learning and sharing best practices for supply chain solutions and logistics operations in the Singapore headquarters.

Benefits during the attachment
The 9-month attachment package includes the respective benefits available for trainees. The package consists of:
- Basic Salary of SGD 1,500
- To and return air tickets between the home country and Singapore at the start and end of the 9-month training.
- Accommodation will be provided throughout the attachment of 9 months.
- Other work- and performance-related allowances.
- Other Benefits, including medical, insurance, leave, etc.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- University graduate. Able to work full time from the end of Oct 2024 onwards.
- Good English skills, including comprehension, conversation, and writing skills.
- Receptive to undergo training under the programme that includes the fundamental training in operations.
- Willing to travel to YCH Singapore and sign a 9 + 18-month bond agreement.
