工作職責:
1.管理整個招聘流程:安排篩選測試,進行面試,處理後續報到手續等
2.積極管理所有人才,並確實滿足新竹人才的需求
3.處理新竹辦公室的行政相關業務
4.通過書面和口頭交流,保持專業知識,以樹立我們的品牌形象
徵才條件:
1.外語系,人力資源,心理學或企業管理相關領域的學士(以上)學位
2.具有良好的口頭和書面溝通能力(英語和中文)
3.具有處理複雜動態需求的多工處理能力。
4.有使用Google Meet等視訊程式的經驗。

【Description】
(1) Manage the overall recruitment process: arrange screening tests, conduct interviews, process onboarding administration works, etc.
(2) Proactively manage all talents and ensure successful fulfillment of job openings for offices in Taipei.
(3) Handle administrative-related business and logistics in the Hsinchu office
(4) Remain professional at all times through both your written and verbal communication for our brand image.
【Qualifications】
General Requirements:
(1) Bachelor or Master's degree in English, HR, Psychology, or Business Management related fields
(2) Strong verbal and written communication skills and a good command of English and Mandarin (A TOEIC score of 900 is preferred.)
(3) Multitasking abilities to manage complexity and dynamic demands
(4) Experience with and comfort in conducting video calls via Zoom, Skype, and other collaboration tools.
