【About This Position】

AUO Display Plus is a total solution provider integrating hardware and software service for domain focus system integration partners. As Technical Project Manager, you will work with customers and partners throughout Europe for the LCD products or integrated solution in digital signage, HMI, transportation & other commercial applications. Your primary focus is to complete design-in process with LCD integrated products for industrial customers within specific time frame and lead the technical discussion (HW&EE&SW) for prospects, as well as provide technical support to partners on solution integration service and quick response of partners’ technical inquiries both before and after ramping up.

【Responsibilities】

• Assist business development and sales team in creating customer specific solutions. This includes (but not limited to) pre-sales and post-sales technical assessments, feasibility testing, technical response to customer technical questions, RMA (Return Material Authorization) verification, on-site technical training, and after sales service.

• Provide sustaining technical training and support to partners, direct sales and related stakeholders.

• Solving customers’ electrical, software or mechanical problems throughout the design-in process & product lifetime

• Conduct Testing & Troubleshooting (Hardware & Software)

• Provide reports and feedback to assist staff and Taiwan headquarter.

• Assist in RMA process and repair service

• Communicate and negotiate with Taiwan headquarter and counterparts

• Work closely with Sales, R&D, Product Management and Quality teams as necessary to resolve any technical issues that arise from the field.
