Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and versatile Visual Designer skilled in both graphic and digital design, who will help define and execute our visual brand identity across various marketing channels and events. This role provides a unique opportunity to shape the visual language of a growing brand and contribute to marketing initiatives that span multiple platforms. As part of a startup, you'll wear many hats and have a significant impact on our overall brand presence. You will work closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to create designs that elevate our brand, engage audiences, and drive results. The ideal candidate should be comfortable designing visuals for both online and offline events and must have the ability to read and understand Chinese and English copy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Create visually compelling graphics for marketing campaigns, including social media, emails, websites, landing page, presentations, and both online and offline event materials.
2. Create digital and print assets such as banners, posters, brochures, instruction card, and event visuals that align with Aiello's brand identity.
3. Collaborate with a cross-functional startup team, including marketing, product, and sales, to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that communicate Aiello’s brand story and product value.
4. Support marketing initiatives by creating visual content for product launches, webinars, events, and other promotional activities.
5. Be comfortable adapting quickly to changes and working on a variety of projects in a fast-paced environment.
6. Maintain a consistent and evolving visual identity for Aiello across all marketing materials.
7. Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and industry best practices, and be proactive in introducing new and creative ideas to the team.
